Terms & Conditions

The following T&Cs apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

Confirmation
Once an order is received, an electronic invoice will be sent to the customer's e-mail address as a confirmation of purchase. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

Payment
Customers may pay for orders with debit/credit card via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Apple Pay.

Delivery
Beginning from the day when the order is received, or the day after that if it was done so during off-hours, it would usually take around a few days for the goods to be delivered to the ordered location. Although it is hard to estimate the exact number of days, it is safe to assume that the order will arrive within 7 working days, lest reasons beyond our control extend it otherwise. We are not liable nor responsible for any false address given by the customer during the checkout process.

Damages during Delivery
If the goods, excluding packaging, are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, the customer has a duty to report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or failure to contact us about damages caused by delivery within 14 days after reception will exempt us from honoring any future warranty claims or exchanges.

Warranty
Information about the warranty are as stated in Warranty Conditions. When customers exercise their warranty rights and we deem it necessary to receive the goods back in order to examine the complaint, they are to (unless given permission not to) send back the presumably defective goods to us at their own cost to the instructed address.

Liability
Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any damages and/or losses suffered by the customer and/or any other third-party as a result of our product(s) and services. We are also not liable for any damages and/or losses caused by frauds and/or misrepresentation inflicted by a third-party using our branding without our knowledge and permission.

Force Majeure
We shall be exempted from liability for any damages and other penalties on, but not limited to, the performance of the agreement prevented, hindered, or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered, but not limited, to include government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport, poor weather conditions, or lack of delivery from suppliers.

Promo/Discount Codes
Promotional or discount codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Any attempt at adding a promo code after purchase will not be honored.

Product
We have the right to adjust prices, add additional cost change product assortment and related information without notice. The purpose with product images and information texts made available on this website is to reflect the products as much as possible. While we try to ensure that all content on this website are accurate, errors may occur. We cannot guarantee that all product images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products, all product images should be seen as illustrations. Product images may differ depending on the color settings on your computer.

Amendments / Severability
We may revise any of the terms at our sole discretion. All purchases made before and after any change(s) to the terms will be subjected to the conditions as stated in the Terms & Conditions at current time regardless of notice or knowledge. Every condition stated within the T&Cs shall be subjected to severability in the event that any portion of it is deemed to be legally invalid, void, or unenforceable while the rest of the T&Cs shall remain in effect.
