Warranty Conditions

For our MACHIAVELL timepieces, we provide you a guarantee of 12 months. Our 12-month-warranty only covers manufacturing defects that involves the function and material of the timepiece. In case of warranty, we grant you one of the following services at our discretion:

• repair
• reparation of the timepiece
• replacement of the defective timepiece by equivalent item(s) with value of no less than the amount purchased.

 

Start date of the warranty period is the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear, tear, and/or aging
• The life of the battery
• Defects or damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, and/or natural disaster
• Failure or damage caused by improper use, improper handling, negligence, and/or carelessness
• Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification

 

Any claim of warranty may be refused if there is failure in fulfilling any of the following:

• provide serial number of the defective timepiece
• clear photographic (and/or video) evidence
• delivery of the defective timepiece to the instructed address

 

The customer is responsible for any cost or fee involving the returning of the timepiece.

 

The warranty will be voided if the timepiece had been subjected, but not restricted, to one of the following cases below:

• unauthorized repair of the timepiece (does not include: strap change, battery change)
• any modification to the timepiece's movement, hands, dial, crown, the size and function of the case, or the size and function of the lugs
